CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require a 24-hour notice for any changes. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price. Please arrive on time. We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy. We do not offer foreign fills. If you currently have lash extensions from another artist, a removal and full set will be required. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to seeing you!
